(1)To facilitate citizens to keep track on the progress of their applications, the computer voice enquiry system is installed for citizens to make enquiries over the phone. This way, the government can ensure the transparent of operations, and applicants can keep track on the progress and grasp the schedule of their applications. The services include application progress enquiry, currently announced land value enquiry, enquiry of the current value in the previous transfer etc. In addition to printing on the back of the application receipt, the instructions of system use are posted on the office’s website to facilitate viewers to check out.
